Shortly before attending the Lichtenberg Studios residency in Berlin I heard the rumour that in a well known clothing store all the clothes that fall down while customers are shopping are swept together after closing time and thrown away. Fascinated of that story and the impact the rumour had I wanted to make the experience of sweeping clothes myself.

For the performance I chose the three shopping centres of Lichtenberg (district in Berlin).
